Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Julita Agrotec e-commerce platform. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Product Representation

All product images, descriptions, and specifications displayed on the platform are provided for illustrative purposes only. While Julita Agrotec endeavors to ensure accuracy, actual products may vary in appearance, packaging, labeling, or color due to lighting conditions, device display settings, manufacturer updates, or batch differences.

Such variations shall not constitute defects and shall not be grounds for return, refund, or replacement.

2. Acceptance Upon Delivery

All products are deemed accepted upon delivery unless a return request is formally submitted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Failure to notify Julita Agrotec within this period shall constitute full acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.

3. Returns Policy

Returns are subject to prior authorization by Julita Agrotec and are approved strictly at the company’s discretion.

Products that are opened, used, tampered with, partially consumed, or exposed to improper storage conditions are non-returnable, particularly seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, and other consumables, except where a verifiable manufacturing defect is proven.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Approved returns must be in original condition, including intact packaging, seals, labels, manuals, and accessories. Julita Agrotec reserves the right to reject any return or apply a partial refund where packaging is damaged, altered, or incomplete.
